who gave Peter his very first job in the summer of 1973.It was
also licensed to long-time client Meulenhoff b.v. in
Rotterdam in 1989.This
was either the last, or at least one of the very last,
SF and non-fighting Fantasy cover pieces Peter did for
Puffin.His
long-time decade and a half wonderfully rewarding
creative working relationship with Doreen was coming to
an end, she was retiring. Puffin, part of Penguin Books,
were about to undergo massive changes as publishers and
the fun of working so closely with the lady who gave him
his very first book cover assignment - was ending.A very
sad loss to him.Tempus
