Inner Space (Space in

of a series about life in a weightless environment and
was a visual
interpretation of exactly that, created at a time, 1979,
when the topic
of space exploration, and potential life in orbit, in a
weightless
environment, was a subject much under discussion and to
the fore. The series was intended for a book
project indeed titled "Space in space".Sadly, the book never materialised
from the commissioning publisher.Thus it was, and is, that the
original art lay in the artist's steadily accumulating
archive and only
now sees the light of day via inclusion in the third
volume of the
artist's anthology series, "Solar Wind" (volume 3).A classic image from the artist's
