Privacy & Service

Our WORD is our Honor .

So, if we say we do not pass on your personal details to anyone else, save for law enforcement agencies if they have a right to it upon request, then we don't - ever.

We respect your privacy 100%.

There is, however, the EU cookies directive.

What are Cookies, exactly?

Cookies are tiny text files stored on your computer when you visit certain web pages. Our e-commerce provider, CC Now, uses cookies to keep track of what you have in your shopping cart basket, and to remember you when you return to our/their site.

To order products on from us, if you use the shipping cart (you can just e-mail us direct to pay by other methods such as cheques (check) or bank-to-bank transfers etc if you prefer) you need to have cookies enabled.

If you don't wish to enable cookies, you can still browse the site and use it for research purposes. Most web browsers have cookies enabled, but you can turn them off if you wish to.

Cookies can't hurt your computer. We ouselves do NOT store personally identifiable information such as credit card details in cookies,

We also have use the services of carefully-selected and monitored suppliers/service providers who may also set cookies during your visit to be used for marketing purposes - these are statcounter.com which allows us to understand where our customers come from and xe.com that we use to provide a currency conversion service because our customers visit us from many countries and out shopping cart uses British Pounds Sterling so this allows customers to get an idea of the cost on their own currency when making a purchase.

We're giving you this information as part of our initiative to comply with legislation, and show we are honest and clear about your privacy when using our website because >

If we give our word or make a promise to do something for you, we go out of our way not to let anything interfere with that promise.

Because, one  un-kept promise could soon lead to another and it risks becoming a habit. There would then always be some excuse not to follow through.

In Business, the word of the company or individual is everything.

Companies or individuals that do not follow through and do what they say they will do, soon find themselves out of business. We enjoy our business and would like to keep it.

Sometimes, despite best intentions, plans go wrong or have to be altered, perhaps because third parties screw-up, but if that happens, we go out of our way to rectify and resolve the issue promptly to the customer's complete satisfaction, for that's how we are, how we think, how we act.

We never break our word; simply because we don't want to - ever.

Good companies keep their word with their customers and suppliers. Our business deals are made everyday with an e-mail and with the trust, that each party will keep their word.

A deal's only as good as the people who make it.

If circumstances might mean we couldn't keep our word, then we do not make the promise.

We keep our word at all costs.

That's just how it is.
